Quotes and prices

All prices on this website are in AED, include VAT and include fitting. Your price depends on the battery your vehicle needs, so once we know the make, model and year, the price we quote is the price you pay.

We never add call-out, night-time or weekend charges to a quote. If we find on arrival that the car needs something different from what was quoted, we give you the new price and you decide before any work begins.

Arrival times

Arrival times are estimates based on where our technicians are and normal traffic. Around 25 minutes is typical for Jumeirah Islands, but it is not guaranteed. Traffic, weather and other jobs can change it, and if they do we will let you know straight away.

Testing before replacement

Each visit begins with a free test of the battery and charging system. If your battery passes, we tell you and do not sell you a new one. If the problem lies elsewhere — the starter motor, the alternator or the wiring — we explain that and, if you wish, arrange recovery to a garage you choose at our published recovery rate.

Warranty

Batteries come with up to 24 months of warranty depending on the brand and range fitted. The exact term is confirmed at fitting and registered to the vehicle's plate number.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature loss of capacity. It does not cover physical damage, reversed connections, deep discharge caused by a fault we reported that was left unrepaired, batteries fitted by anyone else, or use in an application the battery was not sold for.

Valid claims are replaced free of charge at your location, and the warranty stays with the vehicle if it is sold.

Payment

Payment is due once the work is finished and the car has started. We take cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the car, and Tabby or Tamara for instalments. Business accounts on agreed terms receive a monthly invoice.

Access and safety

Please make sure we can reach the vehicle — that includes letting community security know to expect us and giving us access to your driveway, garage or parking space. We will not work where it is unsafe to do so, such as a live traffic lane, standing water, or a battery that is visibly damaged or leaking.

Liability

We take responsibility for our workmanship and for the parts we supply. We are not responsible for faults that existed before our visit, indirect losses such as missed appointments or lost earnings, or damage caused by anyone else who works on the vehicle before or after us.

None of these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge at any point before the technician arrives. Cancelling after we arrive but before work starts is free as well.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
