This page sets out the information we collect when you get in touch or book a battery replacement, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website as well as bookings made by phone or WhatsApp.
When you call or message, we note the phone number you use, your name, the location or villa address you share, and your vehicle's make, model and year. Once a job is done we also record the battery fitted and your plate number, since the warranty is linked to the plate.
Card payments are handled on our payment provider's terminal. Your full card number is never visible to us, and we do not store it.
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you from your visit.
We use these details to reach the right car, fit the right battery, take payment, handle any warranty claim and keep the tax and accounting records UAE businesses must hold.
Your information is never sold, and it is not shared with other companies for their marketing.
The technician handling your job sees your name, address and vehicle details. Our payment provider processes card payments, and our accountants see invoices. A regulator or court may see relevant records if the law requires it. Nobody else has access.
Messages sent over WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp's own systems and are covered by WhatsApp's terms in addition to this policy.
Records of completed jobs and warranties are held for the warranty period plus the retention time required by UAE tax law. Enquiries that did not turn into a job are deleted within twelve months.
You may ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law does not require us to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just send the request from the number you booked with.
Any update to this policy will be published on this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the new version applies.
Send us a message from the number you booked with and a member of the team will reply.
